Roller Mill Working principle:
After the roller mill is started, the two rollers start to rotate. At this time, the distance between the two rollers is relatively wide. In this state, the material has not yet entered from the inlet. When the two rollers are engaged, the slow roller moves at a constant speed to the fast roller, and the feeding mechanism starts to convey the material. at the same time, the relevant parts for feeding and grinding roller gap adjustment begin working. When the two grinding rollers reach a certain working gap, the rollers start grinding normally. When the grinding roller is separated, the slow roller leaves the fast roller, and the feeding mechanism stops conveying materials.
