1. Flexible Guide Plate
Flexible guide plate can be moved horizontally along the screen.
2. Grading Screen and Impurities Outlet
The grading screen is used for separating the smaller impurities and grass seeds from materials. The impurities go to impurities outlet along the fixed guide plate. Impurities Outlet is located at the end of fixed guide plate.
3. Fixed Guide Plate
Fixed guide plate is used for material conveying and to make the most of the entire width of grading screen.
4. Screened Material Outlet
Screened material outlet is the outlet of final product.
5. Front Screen and Impurities Outlet
Front Screen is punched screen with round holes and it is used for separating the coarsest impurities. The screen mesh should be large enough in order to get better screening effect. Impurities outlet is located at the end of front screen.
6. Guide Board
The guide boards are used to convey the materials on to their respective screen to make the materials distribute onto the entire width of the screen to keep the air screener higher working efficiency.
7. Material Flow Changer
It can make the up screen used as down screen and the down screen used as up screen.
8. Sorting Screen and Impurities Outlet
Sorting Screen can be used to separate and grade materials through the collocation of different screen mesh, different outlet location and different material flow changer choices.
